1. Introduction & Scope

This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how wwjl ("we," "us," or "the Operator"), operating the online gaming platform at https://wwjl.club ("Platform"), collects, uses, stores, discloses, and otherwise processes the personal data of individuals ("Players," "Users," or "You") who register for or use wwjl's services.

3.1 Identity Data: Full name, date of birth, nationality, government-issued ID number (e.g., PhilSys, passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS card), and a photograph or scanned copy of your ID document where required for KYC verification.

3.2 Contact Data: Philippine mobile number, email address, and residential address.

3.3 Account Data: Username, encrypted password, account balance, transaction history, bonus activity, and game history.

3.4 Financial Data: Payment method details (GCash registered number, bank account name and number, PayMaya account reference) and transaction records including deposit amounts, withdrawal amounts, and dates. wwjl does not store full payment credentials.

3.5 Technical Data: IP address, device identifiers, browser type and version, operating system, referring URL, session duration, and pages visited on the Platform.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data will be securely deleted or anonymised in accordance with wwjl's data disposal procedures.
