Each player may hold only one wwjl account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and balances forfeited. Your account is personal and non-transferable.

wwjl processes all deposits and withdrawals in Philippine Peso (PHP). Supported channels include GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and UnionBank.
wwjl operates under PAGCOR oversight. All gaming activity on the platform is subject to applicable Philippine gaming laws and PAGCOR regulatory standards.
wwjl reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be in breach of these Terms, including fraud, abuse of bonuses, or provision of false information.
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the wwjl platform available at https://wwjl.club (the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with wwjl's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and, if applicable, close your wwjl account. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "You") and wwjl ("we," "us," or "the Operator") governing your use of the wwjl online casino and sports betting services.
2.1 Minimum Age. In accordance with PAGCOR regulations applicable to online gaming in the Philippines, the minimum age to register and use the wwjl Platform is twenty-one (21) years. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age.
2.2 Geographic Restriction. The wwjl Platform is operated and licensed for the Philippine market. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are located.
2.3 Age Verification. wwjl reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS card, or PRC card. Accounts where age cannot be verified to the satisfaction of wwjl will be suspended pending verification and any winnings generated during the unverified period may be withheld.
2.4 Disqualified Persons. Employees, contractors, and directors of wwjl and its affiliated entities, as well as their immediate family members residing in the same household, are not eligible to hold player accounts or participate in promotional activities.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual player may register and maintain only one (1) wwjl account. Opening multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all related accounts and forfeiture of associated balances.
3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information at the time of registration and to update your account information promptly if any details change. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
3.3 Identity Verification (KYC). wwjl is required under applicable anti-money laundering regulations to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You agree to submit such documentation as wwjl may reasonably require to verify your identity, source of funds, and payment method ownership before processing withdrawal requests above applicable thresholds.
3.4 Account Currency. All wwjl accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). wwjl does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies.
4.1 Confidentiality of Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wwjl login credentials. You must not disclose your password to any third party. wwjl staff will never ask you for your password.
4.2 Unauthorized Access. You must notify wwjl immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized access to your account. wwjl will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
4.3 Device Security. You are responsible for ensuring that the device from which you access wwjl is free from malware, keyloggers, or other software that could compromise your login credentials.
5.1 Supported Payment Methods. wwjl currently supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and UnionBank. wwjl reserves the right to add, remove, or modify supported payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.
5.2 Minimum Transactions. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts are specified within the wwjl cashier interface and may vary by payment method.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing. wwjl aims to process all approved withdrawal requests on the same business day they are received. Processing times may be extended during KYC verification procedures or in cases where wwjl requires additional information pursuant to its anti-money laundering obligations.
5.4 Own Account Requirement. You may only deposit funds from and withdraw funds to payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are not permitted. Violation of this requirement may result in account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.
5.5 Refusal of Transactions. wwjl reserves the right to refuse, delay, or reverse any transaction if it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
6.1 Promotion-Specific Terms. All wwjl bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional rewards are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times ("wagering requirement") before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in each promotion's terms.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. wwjl strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using bonus funds in a manner calculated to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, or coordinating wagering activity with other players to exploit bonus conditions. wwjl reserves the right to void bonuses and confiscate related winnings where abuse is detected.
6.4 Expiry. Unless stated otherwise, wwjl bonuses expire 30 days from the date of issue. Expired bonus balances will be removed from your account without notice.
7.1 Game Integrity. All games available on the wwjl Platform – including live dealer tables, slots, bingo, and sports betting markets – are operated in accordance with their respective published rules. Game outcomes on RNG-based titles are determined by a certified random number generator. Live dealer games use physical equipment streamed in real time.
7.2 Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or connectivity failure that affects the outcome of a game round, wwjl reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to players. Winnings generated through a clearly erroneous game outcome (e.g., a displayed jackpot caused by a software error) are not valid and will not be paid.
7.3 Sports Betting. All wwjl sports betting markets are governed by the Sportsbook Rules published on the Platform. These rules address event cancellations, postponements, settlement procedures, and the resolution of disputed results.

9.2 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to restrict their access to the wwjl Platform for a defined period or permanently may activate self-exclusion through their account settings. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately. wwjl will not accept re-registration attempts from self-excluded players until the exclusion period has expired.

All content on the wwjl Platform – including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, text, and trademarks – is the property of wwjl or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of Platform content without prior written consent from wwjl is prohibited.
11.1 No Guarantee of Winnings. Gambling involves risk and wwjl makes no representation that you will win or profit from your use of the Platform. All bets are placed at your own risk.
11.2 Service Interruptions. wwjl will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability. However, wwjl does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access and will not be liable for losses arising from temporary unavailability, maintenance, or technical failures beyond our reasonable control.
11.3 Maximum Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wwjl's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless wwjl, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of the Platform in violation of applicable law.
wwjl reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or via an in-Platform notification at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by negotiation shall be referred to the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines, or to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism where applicable under PAGCOR regulations.
